Fusion: Pilgrim Annual User Conference

In March 2012, Pilgrim Software hosted Fusion 9 - Where No One Has Gone Before: Quality & Compliance in the Future, its ninth annual user conference, for its customers from across the highly regulated Life Sciences/Manufacturing industries.  The conference featured presentations from a diverse cross-section of leading international industry experts in topics such as Saas/Cloud Computing, Risk Management, Change Management, Supplier Quality, Auditing and proven Best Practices presented by Pilgrim’s customers.

Learning sessions at Fusion 9 were tailored to appeal to users, technical and executive-level attendees.  Those individuals were brought together with Pilgrim’s executive, technical, professional services and account executive staff, to gain a comprehensive perspective on the products and services available from Pilgrim Software.

The Fusion 9 Technology Lab provided hands-on training and mini-workshops conducted by Pilgrim’s implementation and technical support experts.  Roundtable sessions provided an opportunity for attendees to meet with other customers in small, interactive groups to discuss their processes, share their best practices, and provide input into future product direction.

Customers who attended Fusion 9 returned to their organizations with inventive ideas for leveraging their investment in Pilgrim products to attain the maximum ROI on their compliance and quality efforts.
