Programs
These benefits begin to be realized when a business invests in a customer training session that specifically addresses the solution being implemented.  Pilgrim offers two options – on-site at customer locations or offsite at Pilgrim’s Worldwide Headquarters:

Boot Camps – The in-depth, hands-on sessions held at the Pilgrim Education Center in Tampa, Florida, offer:
        •    3 days/5 days of intensive instruction
        •    Certified, expert instructors
        •    Detailed outline of project phases and implementation planning
        •    Testing and certification

Client-Site Training – The customized training sessions are designed to address the specific enterprise and offer:
        •    Functional overview of Pilgrim’s product(s)
        •    Instruction pertinent to client’s particular needs
        •    4 days of customized teaching for specific learning requirements

Continuing Education Units        
The Pilgrim Education Center is authorized by The International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) to issue Continuing Education Units (CEU’s).  Boot Camp attendees earn CEU’s for training sessions, and can apply those to maintain professional accreditation in their respective subjects.  At the conclusion of a Boot Camp, participants complete a certification exam, acknowledging their competence with Pilgrim’s solutions.

Today, Pilgrim is the world’s only IACET-authorized provider of compliance and quality software solutions.  Authorization to offer CEU’s to its customers reflects the quality and consistency of Pilgrim’s continuing education and training programs.
