Overview: SmartTailoring Boot Camp

Course Description

The SmartTailoring Boot Camp is an educational service that is designed to cover functions and features of the SmartSolve modification tools for Pilgrim employees, partners, and customers. This boot camp is designed to help participants understand the process for performing tasks to
manage, modify and maintain forms in the SmartSolve applications.

Learning Outcomes

After completing the boot camp, SmartTailoring® Boot Camp participants will be able to:

• Identify the general description of each SmartSolve modification tool, utility and feature that is covered in the course.
• Recognize the functions of each SmartSolve modification tool, utility and feature covered in the course.
• Recommend SmartTailoring configuration solutions and enhancement of task driven functions.
• Use each SmartSolve tool, utility and feature that is covered in the course.
• Determine which application(s) will be used for implementing advanced configurations.

Method of Evaluating Performance

This course is instructor-led in a computer classroom setting. The delivery approach is to provide short lecture sessions followed by varied learning activities that enhance understanding and reinforce retention of the subject matter. Learning opportunities include responding to instant reviews, completing training scenarios, group discussions of business cases, completing written concept reinforcement exercises and interactive observation of demonstrations. A Certificate of Completion is administered at the end of the boot camp for all participants who were in attendance for the week.
