Data visualization, Analytics and Reporting can be defined in four categories – Search, Report, Analyze and Predict.

Search - There are different types of search functions available in the system to aid the end users in accessing the required record quickly such as Full Text Search and Meta Data Search

Report – The reporting capabilities are provided for business users who can query data based on published data models, save often-used queries, chart data and share the reports. Additionally, the system comes with predefined reports such as Pareto Analysis, Trend Reports, Log Reports, etc., which can be used by the business users in viewing system data in a structured format. Further, dashboards can be created to help users identify trends at a glance and drill down into data sets to enable key well-informed decision-making.

Analyze – Pilgrim provides OLAP data cubes which can be used to slice and dice the gathered information. These cubes provide multi dimensional capabilities for analyzing business data trends. Pilgrim-provided cubes can be used to analyze data within the application or can be imported into external data warehouses.  With the included easy-to-use interface, business analysts, manager, executives and IT personnel can visualize, understand and make meaningful decisions rapidly with very little effort.

Predict – Pilgrim’s application is based on an open database structure and data can be imported in to external data mining systems for analysis – the results of which, in turn, can be integrated with the Pilgrim workflow capabilities to drive business requirements.
