Pilgrim's Engineering Control & Collaboration software allows you to maximize the functionality of Pilgrim's Enterprise Document Management system, to streamline an organization's quality by design process, and to reduce operational costs associated with undetected design issues. Engineering Control & Collaboration improves engineering productivity, facilitates collaboration across the product value chain, and effectively manages change to reduce errors, improve efficiency and timeliness, and to meet regulatory requirements.

Key Capabilities

3-D CAD (Computer Aided Design) Integration

Engineering Control & Collaboration supports and understands 3-D CAD model structures, such as PTC PRO/E^©. The integration allows organizations to capture designs, preliminary or otherwise, along with key information in Pilgrim's Document Management solution just as other change control documents can be managed. Automatic cross-referencing of model parts/components happens simultaneously in Document Management as CAD documents are checked into the system. CAD model assembly and part drawings can be grouped and categorized in any way needed for end users to have quick access to all documentation. CAD document numbers from 3rd-party applications can be synched up with the CAD document record in Document Management for better traceability of documents between both systems.
