Three components drive SmartStudio’s flexibility for the business user:

Build data: Users can add data fields to existing SmartSolve Entities (objects), define data types, and create new business application entities and relationships.

Design forms: Users can re‐design and build new forms, assign new entities to forms, and design original forms using the drag-and-drop graphical design feature.

Configure workflows: Users can extend business rules for out‐of‐the‐box entity workflows, perform dynamic task evaluation, and assign forms to tasks, as well as secure approvals where needed, define business rules and policies, and integrate processes.
