Enturia Goes Live with Pilgrim Software Solution for Enterprise-wide Complaints Handling

Tampa, FL – October 3, 2007 -- Pilgrim Software, Inc., a world-leading provider of Enterprise Compliance and Quality Management (ECQM) software solutions, today announced that Enturia, Inc., a Kansas-based medical supplier, has gone live with Pilgrim Software’s SmartComplaints, a key solution within the SmartSolve® system, for the automated management of its internal complaints handling activities.

Enturia is experiencing tremendous growth in the medical supply industry, driving the company’s push to attain increased levels of operational efficiency.  In an effort to strengthen tracking, visibility and control of its complaints process, Enturia has implemented Pilgrim’s SmartComplaints, an out-of-the-box, closed-loop application that allows manufacturers to implement efficient resolutions to customer issues. This helps to ensure Enturia’s industry and regulatory compliance both domestically and internationally, improve its overall product quality and reduce in-house costs associated with customer complaints.

SmartComplaints is being managed by Enturia’s Quality Assurance department with minimal support from IT resources.
