| Pilgrim Software Names Jin Han Vice President of Services & Support |
Tampa, FL – September 30, 2008 -- Pilgrim Software, Inc., a world-leading provider of Enterprise Compliance and Quality Management (ECQM) software solutions, announces the appointment of Jin Han to Vice President of Services & Support. Han, a seasoned software executive, is responsible for managing Pilgrim’s Professional Services and Client Support Services staff. He brings to this position extensive domestic and international leadership experience in enterprise software and management consulting, sales delivery and operations, information technology, software systems development and deployment among some of the world’s largest high-tech and consumer industries.
As Vice President of Services & Support for Pilgrim, Han will guide the company’s worldwide project management, training, consulting, technical services, solution delivery and technical support operations. He also is responsible for refining, communicating and implementing Pilgrim’s vision, mission, goals and processes within Pilgrim’s Services and Support divisions to ensure the highest level of customer service standards and customer satisfaction within the global compliance and quality software industry.

Prior to joining Pilgrim Software, Han was vice president of Consulting Services for R&L Associates, where he was responsible for P&L, business development and consulting. He was Services Practice Director/Group Manager for Siebel Systems, Inc., where he built and managed the enterprise software implementation group, developed and implemented business strategy, and built and expanded partnerships for the Asia Pacific Siebel professional services. He also managed the entire lifecycle of multiple global Siebel services implementations for varied industries while serving as Services Delivery Director of Fourth Tier/Keane Inc.
Prior to these positions, Han managed software system implementations for two of the Big Four consulting firms. At Ernst & Young, LLP, as a manager, he developed multi-million dollar proposals and executed deployments for entities with over 6,000 users. Han also led a large client/server team in designing and developing software applications while a Senior Consultant for Andersen Consulting (Accenture). Prior to his various implementation services positions, he was an Information Technology Manager and Technical Manager at Areté Associates and Urban Decision Systems, Inc., respectively.
