| Pilgrim Software Announces Release of Q&MIS® 8 |
Tampa, FL – April 29, 2008 -- Pilgrim Software, Inc., a world-leading provider of Enterprise Compliance and Quality Management (ECQM) software solutions, today announced the availability to its customers of Q&MIS 8®, the latest and most enhanced version of its quality and manufacturing integrated system.
Q&MIS 8 introduces major functional and technology enhancements that will strengthen its usability and overall compliance and quality management capabilities.
Featured highlights include:
• the ability to add new Workgroups in the Master table;
• the addition of a utility to replace Coordinator;
• an added warning to reduce unwanted multiple INWORKS records;
• the ability to add a comment to an attachment, to automatically activate an action, and to enter a reason to void an action, Nonconformance and an RMA;
• the addition of a global equipment change utility, a reminder for Document Review, and a feature to VOID NC/RMA and to locate the void records;
• the ability to unprocess Nonconformance impacts on an action record;
• and many more.
Technology enhancements include certification for Magic 9.4, Microsoft SQL 2005 and Oracle 10g databases.
