Tampa, FL – February 13, 2008 -- Pilgrim Software, Inc., a world-leading provider of Enterprise Compliance and Quality Management (ECQM) software solutions, today announced that Sandy Alexander, a full-service graphic communications company serving Fortune 500 companies, has expanded its user base for Pilgrim’s automated documentation, audit, CAPA and training management solutions.
A Pilgrim customer since 1997, Sandy Alexander had successfully managed its documentation and training and certification tracking for nearly nine years with Pilgrim’s Q&MIS products, Document Control and Training System. In 2006, the company upgraded to Pilgrim’s web-based SmartSolve® products to more easily integrate into its current overall globally expanding operating environment. Initially, it purchased a sufficient number of user licenses to address the usage requirements for its documentation and training needs, but now requires additional licenses in order to adequately engage its user base upon deployment of Pilgrim’s other modules, SmartAudit and SmartCAPA.
