Tampa, FL, June 16, 2005 – Pilgrim Software, Inc., the leading provider of Enterprise Quality and Compliance Management solutions, today announced the completion of Crystal Reports/Data Mapping and Reports Boot Camp, recently attended by a diverse class of 8 different customers and 1 partner.

The Data Mapping and Reports Boot Camp offered an optional Crystal Reports training. This class prepared students with Crystal Reports knowledge that was needed as a pre-requisite for the Data Mapping and Reports Boot Camp’s three day training provided by Pilgrim Software.

The Data Mapping and Reports Boot Camp was designed to provide knowledge to customers and partners to enable them to build SmartSolve custom reports based upon the customer’s requirements. “I’ve taken a lot of technical training to-date. I learned a lot and my company is getting their money’s worth on this class,” stated Tom Marshall, Abbott Laboratories.

Attendees built upon their Crystal knowledge. The Data Mapping and Reports Boot Camp focused on mapping data, gathering requirements, reviewing report/database relationships, building a custom report against requirements and testing the results. “The boot camp was taught at a level where everyone involved would be able to maximize their report building capabilities. I learned a lot and had a great time,” stated Adam Rosenzweig, Community Blood of Central South Florida.
