Tampa, FL – March 15, 2007 -- Pilgrim Software, Inc., a world-leading provider of Enterprise Compliance and Quality Management (ECQM) software solutions, concluded its sixth annual user conference with an unveiling of the eighth, and newest, version of its premiere product, SmartSolve®, being launched later this month.  Fusion VI, held at the historic Don Cesar Beach Resort in St. Pete Beach, Florida, March 4-7, drew representation from Pilgrim customers from across the Life Sciences and manufacturing industries.

Under the conference theme, “Discover Your Real Potential,” Fusion VI featured the most diverse group of international speakers, and topics addressing the current trends and best practices from across the ECQM industry, to uncover how enterprises worldwide are engaging those practices to accomplish their business objectives.  In addition, Pilgrim’s business partners (Camstar Systems, Cincom and Vital Path) were on hand to highlight how they can extend the business value of Pilgrim’s solutions.  

Learning sessions at Fusion VI were tailored to appeal to users, technical and executive-level attendees.  Those individuals were brought together with Pilgrim’s executive, technical, professional services and account executive staff, to gain a comprehensive perspective on the products and services available from Pilgrim Software.  The Fusion VI Technology Lab provided hands-on training and mini-workshops conducted by Pilgrim’s implementation and technical support experts.  Special interest group sessions provided an opportunity for attendees to meet with other customers in small, interactive groups to discuss their processes, share their best practices, and provide input into future product direction.

The conference concluded with a look at Pilgrim’s product roadmap for 2007 and beyond.  The presentation highlighted the release of SmartSolve8 and the integrated, out-of-the-box software’s enhancements and expanded capabilities.

“The presentations, including demos, provided me with a clear understanding of enhancements built into Pilgrim’s future product release and the benefits Novo Nordisk could achieve by upgrading,” Madsen said.
