Pilgrim Software Launches New Client Support Portal during Recent Webinar


Tampa, FL – September 20, 2005 –
Pilgrim Software, Inc. introduced Phase I of its new Client Support Website during a recent webinar. The new Website provides Pilgrim’s customers with 24/7 access to technical support. The Client Support Services portal directs users to an automated “error response” site and a knowledge base system which contain historical information and solutions to similar customer inquiries.

Phase I provides improved, consistent communication with Pilgrim’s customers, knowledge sharing between customers and automated notification of product alerts. Product Management Documents, User Guides, Technical Support SOPs and White Papers are now available online. Customers can continue to report, track and manage their mission-critical problems through online chat with Pilgrim’s highly trained Technical Support Team.

But, the combination of the new knowledge base, with full text search capabilities, and discussion forums provides answers to the most common support questions. We’ve added the capability for customers to enter the Error Message Number and receive a prompt response. Files and patches are now available for downloading at the most convenient time for the customer. The Product Central Page provides streamlined customer feedback for Pilgrim’s future product direction. We’ve made it easier for customers to resolve their open technical support issues independently and quickly.”

These new Client Support Benefits provide superior technical support. The Client Support Team’s primary goal is to maintain their high level of customer loyalty and satisfaction. Phase II is scheduled to launch in Q1 2006.
