The boot camp, comprised of three days of immersion training, was designed to provide an accelerated program for customers and partners to build Pilgrim validation product expertise. “The Validation Boot Camp offers an opportunity to gain experience with the SmartSolve Validation Pack product, not to mention excellent validation discussions regarding the process,” stated a recent graduate, “I can’t imagine entering our validation project without the training.”

Attendees reviewed the entire validation process, which included discussion about script execution. “Delving into the risk-based approach and class participation coupled with personal help and guidance were excellent preparation for partners,” GxP partner consultant Tammy Judge noted. “As a Pilgrim service partner, we need to provide successful validations to our shared customers.”

Other boot camps are planned at Pilgrim to continue educational excellence, including product specific booth camps as well as specialty classes. The next course offerings are Data Mapping and Reports Boot Camp followed by a SmartCAPA Boot Camp. In the near future, a technology-focused training will be offered to both customers and partners.
