SmartSolve is Pilgrim’s web-based suite of Enterprise Compliance and Quality Management (ECQM) solutions. Being an integrated solution assists organizations improve quality, compliance, customer and supplier relationships and profitability. SmartSolve Boot Camp provides an overview of the SmartSolve solutions including SmartCAPA, SmartComplaints, SmartAudit, SmartDoc and SmartTrain. The participants learned product features, benefits and competitive advantages of integration through hands-on training. The participants’ feedback indicated how their organizations could use specific features – integrated CAPA management, compliance through quality audits, scheduled employee training on SOPs and global accessibility of current documents. These features will contribute to reduced costs and a more profitable P&L.
