Pilgrim Software Appoints Ronald Kozlin as Chief Financial Officer

Tampa, FL – March 23, 2012 -- Pilgrim Software, Inc., a world-leading provider of Enterprise Risk, Compliance and Quality Management (ERCQM) software solutions, today announced the appointment of Ron Kozlin to Chief Financial Officer, effective

March 1, 2012.

Kozlin, a seasoned financial executive, will provide strategic leadership at Pilgrim and as CFO will oversee all financial aspects of Pilgrim in conjunction with Pilgrim’s growth objectives including business plans, budgets, financial reporting, analysis and planning, accounting, and legal and contracts.

Kozlin brings to Pilgrim extensive senior-level domestic and international financial leadership, including specific experience in the software and technology industries.

Prior to joining Pilgrim, Kozlin was Chief Financial Officer of Fortress Technologies, Inc., a leader in secure outdoor tactical wireless communications for global defense, critical infrastructure and enterprise users. Fortress Technologies was acquired by General Dynamics in 2011. He previously was Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for MarineMax, Inc., America’s largest yacht and boat retailer, headquartered in Clearwater, FL. He also served as Vice President, Operations - Finance for ViryaNet, a leading mobile workforce management software company; CFO of Utility Partners, Inc.; and, Assurance & Business Advisory Manager for Arthur Andersen LLP.
