Q&MIS 4.90 introduces new functionalities that will improve administrative system management as well as usability for regular users. To enhance user and employee administration, Q&MIS 4.90 enables greater IT and functional management at the enterprise level. This includes user and employee support for the Magic Security File and Active Directory Services.

The 4.90 version also addresses cost and time reduction in document revisions. There is greater flexibility in review options for multiple change requests. The viewing of in-works and obsolete documents outside of Document Control is disabled and a new utility has been added to allow users to assign a document to multiple job codes rather than individually within Training System.

The visibility within Supplier Quality has been improved. Additional details for supplier rating reports help suppliers better understand their scores. In addition, a new field has been added that recalculates supplier rating scores (status and history) after changes are made.

The Calibration System provides enhanced, efficient management of records.
