Tampa, FL, January 4, 2005 – Pilgrim Software, Inc., the leading provider of Enterprise Quality and Compliance Management Solutions, today announced that it has appointed Prashanth Rajendran as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Rajendran is a co-founder of Pilgrim Software, and previously served as the company’s Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

This appointment is a key part of Pilgrim’s strategic initiative to provide consistent, world-class services and support to its customers. Rajendran will work directly with the top management of Pilgrim’s customers and partners to provide executive support and ensure that the customer’s goals are fully realized.

As COO, Rajendran will oversee Pilgrim’s Administration/Operations Group including Quality Assurance, Human Resources, Customer Satisfaction, Maintenance Renewal, Facilities, Install Base Management, Professional Services, Application Engineering and MIS. He will also direct Pilgrim’s Partner Services and Support Group and all business development and partner activities.
