Tampa, FL – February 9, 2007 -- Pilgrim Software, Inc., a world-leading provider of Enterprise Compliance and Quality Management (ECQM) software solutions, announced today that Pall Corporation, a global leader in the rapidly growing field of filtration, separation and purification for Life Sciences and Industrial manufacturers, has purchased Pilgrim’s SmartSolve® Synchronization Agent (SSA), to allow for seamless data integration of existing business systems with Pilgrim’s SmartSolve® solution.

SSA is Pilgrim’s premier integration product for SmartSolve, allowing for the electronic merging and management of key business and user information from multiple systems through one central platform.  By automatically harmonizing data between the SmartSolve modules and customers’ existing business systems, human labor and error costs are greatly reduced, with consistent data being ensured.

Pall previously purchased Pilgrim’s SmartSolve suite to automate its compliance and quality management solutions.  The company then purchased SSA to automate the exchange of data from its numerous ERP systems worldwide -- Mapics, SUN, Great Plains and SAP.   By having one simple platform, Pall will maximize the benefits of the automated solutions by reducing the cost of labor, eliminating errors that occur with manual processing, and maintaining its systems in real time.  These benefits will enable Pall to accelerate reaction time to customer demands and increase overall customer satisfaction.
