Tampa, FL – December 5, 2006 – Pilgrim Software, Inc., a world-leading provider of Enterprise Compliance and Quality Management (ECQM) software solutions, and Osmetech plc, a fast-developing international diagnostics business, announced today that Osmetech has expanded its user base for Pilgrim’s SmartSolve® solutions to further its management efficiencies across its Molecular Diagnostics Division.

Osmetech went live with Pilgrim’s SmartDoc, SmartCAPA and SmartComplaints modules at its Pasadena, CA headquarters on August 31 of this year.  As the company prepares to roll the solutions out to its Molecular Diagnostics Division site in Rockland, MA, it requires additional licenses to execute the implementation and operation at that site.
