Based on the trust and benefits they acquired from the successful SmartAudit and SmartDoc implementations, Millipore has subsequently chosen to increase its investment in Pilgrim’s services for deploying SmartCAPA to its approximate 2,000 users worldwide. Millipore is now preparing to implement SmartCAPA, followed by SmartComplaints, across the enterprise. The expanded service assures that Millipore will encounter fewer implementation challenges, expedite the implementation process, and see a faster time to value.
