LifeShare has 5 collection sites with no automated system or processes to manage equipment calibration, CAPAs, documents or audit findings. Pilgrim’s solutions manage and schedule equipment maintenance and calibration (Q&MIS’ Calibration System), report and track CAPAs (SmartCAPA), manage documentation and SOPs (SmartDoc), and improve audit efficiency (SmartAudit). Pilgrim’s Validation Packs were purchased to save money on validation costs and to expedite the validation process.
