The SmartTrain module integrates with Pilgrim's SmartDoc, providing the ability to schedule SOP training, anticipate SOP training and track certifications.

The manual, semi-automated system previously used by MGP included Excel and Access. There was no way to manage the data, change training documents, track and record employee training and update certifications. Training was impossible to anticipate. MGP has started with the SmartDoc implementation and are migrating their existing documents into SmartDoc. SmartTrain will be the next project validated.
