Tampa, FL – May 19, 2010 -- Pilgrim Software, Inc., a world-leading provider of Enterprise Risk, Compliance and Quality Management software solutions, today announced that Nikkiso Europe GmbH, a manufacturer specializing in dialysis products for the European market, has selected Pilgrim’s integrated solutions for complaints, nonconformance and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) management.  The automated solutions will provide Nikkiso with greater operational efficiencies and more precise insight into potential quality and compliance risks.

 By implementing Pilgrim’s solutions for Complaints and CAPA management, Nikkiso will have complete visibility of all its source errors. These two solutions form a closed-loop system that allows users to report, react to, and resolve product, process, safety and services issues, as well as prevent recurrence through appropriate actions. The centralized systems will support Nikkiso’s sites in both Hamburg and Hannover/Langenhagen, Germany, by enabling better visibility of quality and compliance with regulatory record-keeping at the enterprise level.
