In implementing Pilgrim’s SmartSolve® solution for corrective and preventive action management, Invatec now has improved the visibility of its medical trending, analysis and reporting.  It will have complete visibility of all its source errors through Pilgrim’s integrated CAPA and complaints solution. SmartCAPA™ and SmartComplaints™, two solutions that are part of the SmartSolve solution, form a closed-loop system that allows users to report, react to, and resolve issues, as well as prevent recurrence through appropriate actions. The centralized systems will support Invatec’s sites in both Italy and Switzerland by enabling better visibility of quality and compliance with regulatory record-keeping at the enterprise level.
