Tampa, FL – June 7, 2006 – ImClone Systems Incorporated (Nasdaq: IMCL) has purchased the Web Component of the Training System module to accommodate additional users of Pilgrim Software’s Q&MIS training module.  The module was developed by Pilgrim, the leading provider of Enterprise Compliance and Quality Management (ECQM) Solutions, to help organizations facilitate on-line management of employee training records and requirements, employee training sign-up, and to schedule training sessions.

ImClone faces a growing demand for deploying internal training programs on-line, and a growing need to track personnel training requirements.  With the Web Component of the Training System, ImClone will be able to shift training responsibilities to employees.  The system will determine what training is required or recommended.  Then, through the web, employees will be able to search and register for the needed classes, as well as track their training accomplishments including completion dates and certification status.

A Pilgrim Software customer since 2003, ImClone had previously implemented Pilgrim’s Q&MIS Document Control and Training System modules and validation packs, as well as the Web Component of the Document Control module.  Since then, the company has experienced greater improvements of efficiencies through Pilgrim’s automated solutions, and in turn, decided to expand their capabilities and user accessibility to meet its growing internal needs.
