Héma-Québec was seeking a 21 CFR Part 11-compliant electronic system to streamline its Quality processes, including establishment of a centralized quality data repository and a reliable means for enhancing reporting, trend analysis and KPIs to facilitate reporting to regulatory agencies and in-house customers.
