In direct collaboration with their suppliers, Drager purchased WebCAR (Web Corrective Action Request) to increase the response and further develop the partnership between Drager and its suppliers. Replacing their paper-driven system, suppliers will now be able to access their specific performance records and respond to CAPAs electronically. The entire CAPA procedure, including escalation and resolution, is now a seamless electronic process. Administrative cost will be reduced, communication will be streamlined and response time to CAPAs will be improved.
