Tampa, FL – May 22, 2006 – Pilgrim Software and Cincom Systems, Inc. today announced an expanded partnership agreement through which Cincom, by establishing an in-house, worldwide Compliance and Quality Management practice, will assume the production, marketing and sales of Pilgrim’s SmartSolve® and Q&MIS® solutions to specific manufacturing industries.  The offerings will be sold as Cincom Compliance and Cincom Quality Management Solutions.

Under their new practice, Cincom will OEM SmartSolve® and market the Q&MIS® and SmartSolve® products to its current and new customers in the Aerospace, Defense and Complex Manufacturing industries.  Cincom and Pilgrim originally initiated a cooperative marketing agreement in December 1998, under which Cincom was permitted to resell Pilgrim’s Q&MIS® software.  Under the newest agreement, Cincom worldwide will be permitted to directly sell the Q&MIS® solutions as well as Pilgrim’s web-based SmartSolve® suite.
