As Executive Vice President of Research and Development and Chief Technology Officer, Atulya Risal is responsible for product and technology direction at Pilgrim Software. Working closely with product marketing, industry solutions, services and sales he translates market trends, regulatory requirements and customer needs to a viable business solution that mitigates compliance risks and provides quick ROI for customers. He oversees all aspects of research and development including software engineering, product management, knowledge management including Pilgrim Education Center (PEC) and technical support. As the Chief Technology Officer, he leads the product strategy committee that defines product and technology road map and also makes the decisions on various 3rd party technology and product partnerships. |

As Chief Financial Officer of Pilgrim Software, Ronald Kozlin directs and oversees all of Pilgrim’s financial and administrative activities including finance, business plans, budgets, financial reporting, analysis and planning, accounting, legal and contracts. As the Chief Financial Officer, Ron provides strategic leadership across all functions to develop a cohesive plan to measure and achieve the company’s growth plans.

As Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Product Management for Pilgrim Software, Heather Valentine leads Pilgrim’s worldwide Sales, Marketing and Product Management operations. As a senior executive, she is responsible for establishing effective sales and marketing strategies to enable greater growth by driving revenue and increasing profitability. Drawing on over 10 years of international business experience she will enable the company’s further expansion internationally. As Vice President of Sales since 2007, Elaine Schroeder is responsible for managing all aspects of Pilgrim's worldwide Sales, Partner and Lead Generation. As part of her responsibilities, she drives the company's sales strategies including new customer acquisition, expansion and penetration into existing customers. She is also responsible for driving the partner recruitment strategies, sales and support. She has extensive domestic and international executive management experience in sales, marketing, services and business development, having guided global teams serving the world's largest pharmaceutical, packaged goods and automotive companies.

As Vice President of Services, Robert van der Laan is responsible for successful system implementations for Pilgrim’s customers. As the owner of the Professional Services business, he directs and oversees the complete team of engagement managers, consultants and technical staff that support customers in being successful with Pilgrim’s world-class applications. Robert has extensive international consulting experience in quality management, business process improvement and enterprise software implementations. As Counsel for Pilgrim Software since 2003, Lesa-Marie Mullen Hanson directs and oversees all of Pilgrim's domestic and international Legal and Contracts matters. Lesa-Marie's responsibilities include working with all departments and Executive Management on the majority of corporate legal issues and working closely with Sales and the Products Group in finalizing customer and technology partner agreements. |
