As Executive Vice President of Research and Development and Chief Technology Officer, Atulya Risal (Co-Founder) is responsible for product and technology direction at Pilgrim Software. Working closely with product marketing, industry solutions, services and sales he translates market trends, regulatory requirements and customer needs to a viable business solution that mitigates compliance risks and provides quick ROI for customers. He oversees all aspects of research and development including software engineering, product management, knowledge management including Pilgrim Education Center (PEC) and technical support. As the Chief Technology Officer, he leads the product strategy committee that defines product and technology road map and also makes the decisions on various 3rd party technology and product partnerships. |

Prashanth Rajendran founded Pilgrim Software along with his co-founders Ami Utji, Atulya Risal and Maya Leeflang. He has more than 25 years of extensive quality, manufacturing, engineering and technology experience. At Pilgrim, he guided the improvement of risk, compliance and quality management processes by working closely with customers. Prior to co-founding Pilgrim in 1993, Prashanth was a manufacturing engineering manager for Exact, Inc. and a project manager and senior developer for Kaplan & Associates. He also was a software engineer with Impact Business Technologies and a product development engineer for Eicher Mitsubishi Motors, Ltd.

Charles Sansbury oversees worldwide finance and operations for The Attachmate Group. He brings more than 16 years of experience in strategic, financial, and operational leadership to Attachmate. Prior to joining The Attachmate Group, Mr. Sansbury served as CFO for Vignette Corporation, a publicly-traded provider of enterprise content management software. He also served as Vignette's senior vice president of corporate development, where he was responsible for the company's mergers, acquisitions, and strategic financing initiatives. Before Vignette, Mr. Sansbury was a Principal in the Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley, where he worked with companies in the software, professional services, and semiconductor industries. |

Ami Utji founded Pilgrim Software along with her co-founders Atulya Risal, Maya Leeflang and Prashanth Rajendran. Ami has over 25 years of extensive quality, manufacturing, engineering and technology experience. Ami was Ernst and Young 2001 Florida Entrepreneur of the Year and 2002 Tampa Bay Business Woman of the Year. Prior to founding Pilgrim Software, Ami was a Quality Engineering Manager at Exact, Inc. where she helped the company achieve ISO compliance and establish a sound quality system and pass customer audits successfully. Prior to Exact, Ami was a system and manufacturing engineer focused on R&D and system automation at West Pharmaceutical Services, a life sciences company. Prior to West, Ami worked as an Industrial Engineer at PPI, a garment manufacturer.

David M. Weiss was President and Chief Executive Officer of Numara Software, Inc. He initially joined Numara (formerly, Blue Ocean Software) in March 2002 as its Chief Marketing Officer. Mr. Weiss was soon promoted to President where he guided the company to becoming the leading IT help desk and asset management product for small and medium-sized businesses. When Intuit acquired Blue Ocean, he served as a Corporate Vice President and the General Manager of the Blue Ocean business. Mr. Weiss also lead the spin out of the business unit in 2005 to a private equity firmed and served as the President and CEO until mid-2011. Prior to joining Blue Ocean Software, Mr. Weiss, served as Vice President of Marketing of Citrix Systems Inc., where he was responsible for its overall marketing strategy. |
