Dr. Johan van der Does is a member of Pilgrim’s Blood Industry Executive Advisory Panel and provides insight into industry issues and helps the company leverage its industry experience to build key relationships with other top Blood organizations. Because of Dr. van der Does’ extensive experience with the European Blood Community, he aids Pilgrim in the development of their European strategy for blood services.

• Secretary of the ISBT Working Party on Automation and Data Processing, preparing the world standard ISBT 128 code
• Leadership positions with several industry associations including the Dutch Society of Blood Transfusion, the Society of Dutch Red Cross Blood Banks, the International MAK User Group (IMUG) and many others
