Judy Norcia MT(ASCP)SBB,CQA is Vice President of Quality Systems at Florida Blood Services. In this capacity she is responsible for oversight of Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Education, Document Control and Medical Support. Included in her duties is the Pilgrim SmartSOLVE implementation project. Judy began her career at Florida Blood Services in 1982 as Laboratory Manager of Community Regional Blood Center and has held positions of Technical Director and QA Director during her tenure. She is past president of the Florida Association of Blood Banks and is an AABB Assessor.
