Kurt Grotheer VP of Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development since 2007, Kurt Grotheer creates and manages strategic relationships and alliances with third-party companies worldwide. Kurt’s responsibilities include researching, analyzing, and identifying target relationships with new businesses and establishing strategic partnerships where appropriate.  Professional Experience: Various senior management positions in Pilgrim Software -- Director of Business Development, Director of Contracts, Channel Manager, and various operational management positions, working with partners, sales organizations and senior members of Pilgrim’s Board of Advisors General Manager with responsibilities to manage the back office operational activities for Network InfoServe, a computer networking organization Numerous executive positions in the United States Air Force and Joint U.S. military organizations which planned and implemented U.S. and NATO military policies; service included overseas tours in Europe and Asia Retired United States Air Force Colonel Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Geography with a minor in Sociology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL National Security Management Course, National Defense University, Washington, DC
