As President and CEO, Ami Utji oversees all aspects of Pilgrim’s Worldwide Marketing and Business Development and provides overall company strategic direction. Ami brings extensive quality, manufacturing, engineering and technology experience to Pilgrim. Ami was Ernst and Young 2001 Florida Entrepreneur of the Year and 2002 Tampa Bay Business Woman of the Year.

Professional Experience:

• Quality Engineering Manager at Exact Inc., an electro-mechanical assembly and sheet metal manufacturer
• System and Manufacturing Engineer for a medical devices and pharmaceutical contract manufacturer - The West Company
• Industrial Engineer at garment manufacturer PPI

Education:

• Master of Science Degree in Engineering Management with honors distinction from the University of South Florida
• Dual bachelor degrees in Industrial Engineering and Psychology with honors distinction from the University of South Florida
