As Counsel for Pilgrim Software since 2003, Lesa-Marie Mullen Hanson directs and overseas all of Pilgrim’s domestic and international Legal and Contracts matters.  Lesa-Marie’s responsibilities include working with all departments and Executive Management on the majority of corporate legal issues and working closely with Sales and the Products Group in finalizing customer and technology partner agreements.

• Experienced in In-House Counsel with extensive background in negotiating Customer/Vendor domestic/international transactions as Assistant General Counsel for CGI Group (formerly IMRglobal Corp), one of the largest IT outsourcing companies in North America
• Significant experience in commercial litigation and transactional work as an Associate for a prominent Tampa, Florida law firm
• Over 10 years of Marketing and Sales experience

• Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law, St. Petersburg (FL)
• Dual bachelor degrees in Biology and Chemistry from University of South Florida
• Diplomas in Accounting and Marketing Management from Centennial College of Applied Arts and Sciences, Toronto
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida
