As Vice President of Business Development since 2007, Kurt Grotheer creates and manages strategic relationships and alliances with third-party companies worldwide. Kurt’s responsibilities include researching, analyzing, and identifying target relationships with new businesses and establishing strategic partnerships where appropriate.
Professional Experience:
- Various senior management positions in Pilgrim Software -- Director of Business Development, Director of Contracts, Channel Manager, and various operational management positions, working with partners, sales organizations and senior members of Pilgrim’s Board of Advisors
- General Manager with responsibilities to manage the back office operational activities for Network InfoServe, a computer networking organization
- Numerous executive positions in the United States Air Force and Joint U.S. military organizations which planned and implemented U.S. and NATO military policies; service included overseas tours in Europe and Asia
- Retired United States Air Force Colonel
Education:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Geography with a minor in Sociology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL
- National Security Management Course, National Defense University, Washington, DC
