Senior Quality Control Engineer (White Box Testing)
Pilgrim Software is the leading developer of Compliance and Quality Management applications. Pilgrim Software's innovative products are used to manage enterprise-wide quality requirements, improve business workflow, and automate manufacturing processes by companies around the globe.
The Senior Quality Control Engineer primarily focus on the In-depth Coverage of the tests, Writes and Executes Test Cases, Reviews the Test Cases written by other testers, Mentors them , Assists Technical Writers, Technical Support and Customers with customer problems. The Senior Quality Control Engineer is also responsible for Estimation and Prioritization of tests is able to perform Root Cause analysis. This position is primarily focus on white box testing using automated unit testing tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the Software Quality Control Engineering field with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior QC Engineer
- Have experience of at least 2-3 years as software developer in .net
- Have experience of at least 2-3 years in white box testing
- Have worked on automated unit testing tools
- Understanding of agile software development methodology (SCRUM, TDD)
- Understanding of configuration management and change control
- Have experience with large scale enterprise web application architecture
- Be familiar with MSSQL (Microsoft SQL Server), and Oracle
- Testing Certifications is a plus
- Have the ability to evaluate and determine the direction to be taken to achieve the end result

Senior Network Administrator
Pilgrim Software is seeking a Senior Network Administrator to manage all our high-availability Internet operations supporting our SaaS customers. In this position you will be responsible for supporting Internet-based operations for an enterprise Quality Management software product, managing the operational efficiencies of the SaaS solution and processes/procedures associated with maintaining SaS70 Type ii compliance, as well as serve as a backup for managing the operational environment, application servers, and network systems.
Responsibilities
- Hardware and operating system support for windows application servers, and maintaining SQL database server systems.
- Provide on-demand support of engineering and enterprise environments.

Pilgrim has a new opening for a Computer Systems Validation Manager reporting to the QA & Compliance Director. The position is responsible for designing, developing, and effectively implementing validation projects, master plans, and testing studies for computer-automated systems align with industry and regulatory agencies standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple validation projects.
- Develop, review, and approve validation master plans, internal Standard Operating Procedures, and validation protocols for computer-automated systems.
- Supervise/perform systems quality assessments and execution of test protocols to ensure computer systems comply with current regulatory quality requirements.
- Evaluate computer-automated systems performance, conduct risk assessments, analyzes data, prepares and reviews test results, and writes validation reports.
- Represents department in cross-functional teams, projects and GXP-related problem resolution.
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, professional engineering disciplines, or equivalent.
- Typically 6 -10 years direct experience in cGMP/FDA regulated industry.

Pilgrim is seeking a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for managing Pilgrim products through their entire lifecycle. Candidate must be able to balance customer needs, business objectives, technology, competition, market trends and internal resources against schedule constraints in determining the product roadmap. Candidate must have proven skills in product management and must have a stellar track record at successful, rapidly growing companies in the EQM, ERP, MRP, SCM, or CRM markets.
Responsibilities include creating MRDs, PRDs, activity diagrams, competitive analysis, market research, product roadmap and product positioning. Must be able to identify and work with strategic and technology partnerships to complete whole product solution. Must be able to effectively work, communicate, and contribute to a cross-functional product team. Be able to provide information to the marketing team to define and develop product marketing collateral.

- 5 -10 years ‘experience in a similar role with a high growth enterprise software company.

Principal Duties

Sales Director
The Sales Director, reporting to the Sales VP, will drive the company’s achievement of its customer acquisition and revenue goals as it pertains to the SMB team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the hiring and development of a SMB sales organization, appropriate for the company’s maturity/size.
- Work with the SMB sales team to achieve the relevant sales goals and the relevant management assigned metrics
- Work with Company Management to establish compensation, training, and sales incentive programs as it pertains to the SMB team.
