[Integrated Content Management Adapter]

Pilgrim Software has launched its “Integrated Content Management” (ICM) Adapter for integration of SmartSolve® with 3rd-party Content Management solutions for increased information quality. The ICM Adapter allows for customers to trade critical document-related information such as document specific attributes, referencing the source document information between the two systems. Information can be brought in to be referenced into the quality and compliance processes. When required, the appropriate information can be exposed to the Content Management solution.
