Speaking opportunities are open to all Pilgrim Software customers and partners. Take advantage of this forum to communicate to your peers about your organization’s recent experiences.

Dates & Deadlines:
All final presentations must be submitted prior to the conference
to allow Pilgrim to provide electronic copies to all users.
Early abstract submissions: April 15, 2008
Final abstract submissions: August 15, 2008
Selection Process:
Members of the Fusion Planning Committee will review submissions and select up to 25 for presentation in breakout sessions. If your abstract is selected, you will be notified immediately.
Draft presentations will be reviewed for consistency, uniformity and applicability. Suggestions and comments will be forwarded back to you after your submission is received.
Guidelines for Abstract Submission:
Please prepare an abstract (*) to convey the topic focus and key take-aways for the audience. At a minimum, the abstract should include:
- Title of Presentation
- Key Speaker Contact Information
- Short Speaker Bio
- Abstract Overview
- Industry Focus
- Solution Focus
- Target Audience
- Session Format
(*) You may submit more than one abstract.
If Selected:
If you are selected to present, you will agree to:
- Make the presentation at Fusion VII
- Grant permission to duplicate the abstract for conference participants
- Grant permission to duplicate the presentation for electronic access to all participants
- Grant permission to audiotape the presentation
Registration Requirement:
Conference Registration is Required.
All presenters must register for the conference. Acceptance as a presenter does not register you for the conference and registration fees are required.
